Nuovo - GARLATE

This restaurant is just outside the city of Lecco, nearby a public pool both indoor outdoor, right on the lake (Prato Grande). They have their own large parking, by their Best Western Nuovo Hotel. Ask to be seated by the huge windows. It nearly looks like a greenhouse because of all its windows. Their cuisine is quite special, providing excellent dishes authentic Italian cooking for good pasta, rice, fish meat. Not many dishes to choose from, but all very good. Desserts are also worth trying.

I liked everything. There was a special menu that we ordered and we couldn't eat it all. We had some wine that had been given to us as a present by a wine producer a few days before. We couldn't take it with us any more and they let us drink it. How nice they were!
