Bidrage med feedbackThey expect at least two stars of wings. You can get cheaper wings. Smoking times cheaper and better, but wing stop is usually consistent and quite good. But not this place. Mix ups with the commands. Sauce cups without lid. Had half the command of another in mine. Good thing I checked. Then came home to the “saused and tortured” Garlic Parm had a slight dusting of something power powder parm and nothing else. Let's not go back. There are other places in the garland that makes this a non-selection forward. Under this line, I cannot imagine that this will be a wing stop in a further 6-12 months. Not good. Retrain your employees and provide people competent enough to properly separate orders and place a lid on a sauce cup before you put it in a bag and make a mess. It's not that hard. This must fall to management and bad training and/or bad attitude practices. Please do not reply to this (local manager). I will not be independent back and I hope that at least a few people will read this and only drive the extra minutes to a place that does not give the whole brand the bad name you all offer. GM, fire your management and do it better. Corporate needs to retrain your entire Friday staff. Never again. I'll send the company by email tomorrow. Unacceptably under the standard that this franchise has set for itself.

Ordered carry out Saturday night and was in the hospital Sunday afternoon! Got food poisoning from undercooked chicken. Please do better so that no one else get sick like this.
