Whataburger - Garland

I was behind just one person in line at the drive-thru, but it took 30 minutes for them to receive their food. After that, it took another 30 minutes for me to finally get my two burgers. When I opened my order, it was incorrect. I didn't have the patience to wait any longer for them to fix it.

It’s been over 30 minutes since I placed my order. The receipt says the transaction was completed at 7:36, and now it’s 8:06 PM, yet I still haven't received my food. The staff informed me that they made the wrong chicken. Honestly, this wait just isn’t worth it.

I got home and realized my fries were missing, and there was no ketchup even though I specifically asked for it. Everything is getting so expensive nowadays, and it's frustrating not to receive what you paid for! I spent $3.50 on large fries that I didn't even get! I really need to start double-checking my bag before leaving the drive-through instead of being so trusting.

As far as the food, this place deserves 5 stars. The only reason I can't give it 5 stars is the wait. I expect a fast food restaurant to be able to give you your food within 10 minutes of ordering. At the end of the day the food was worth the wait.

Ordered online 10 min in advance and pulled up had to wait in line another 10 min to get my food. Would of been zero stars but the food quality was on Point so I'll try again another time ?
