Bidrage med feedbackI went out for breakfast and ordered a coffee. They didn't have enough to fill two cups, so they asked me to park and wait. I understand; brewing a new pot takes at least five minutes, and they need to serve customers quickly through the drive-thru. No problem, I parked as requested. However, I suddenly realized I had been waiting for 20 minutes without any update on my coffee. When I called to check on it, they admitted they had forgotten about me. (Please don't judge—I had my dog with me, and she has separation anxiety, so I couldn't leave her alone in the car.) By the time I finally got home, my food was cold.
The management clearly doesn't seem to care about their responsibilities. When I arrived, there were only two cars in line, and I ordered a breakfast platter and a sausage biscuit. It took 45 minutes for my order, prompting me to go inside in my socks because no one was coming to provide the meal I had already paid for. Additionally, over the past two months, the night shift service has been incredibly slow, and the food continues to look poorly prepared. Great job, indeed.
Each restaurant offers a unique experience in terms of service and is often better at different times of the day. Although waiting more than 15 minutes at any location can be frustrating, the process becomes smooth once the line starts moving again. However, if the staff mainly consists of young people, you might encounter longer wait times and a lack of attention to your specific requests.
Spent 10 minutes waiting for someone to come to the counter to take my order, and a total of 25 minutes waiting for my food, 4 Honey Butter Chicken Biscuits, Hash Brown Large Fries, chicken over cooked and rest of the order cold. When food was given andI made it to my car, the cashier ran out to inform me they gave me the wrong order so I ended up waiting an additional 12minutes. This is not the 1st time that I have had a bad experience, which I stopped going there for a long time! Last time myorder they messed up was 2 Whataburgers with mayo instead of mustard, large fries, Large Fanta or Big Red with light ice alarge shake. When I made it home my burgers had no meat, I immediately called and talked to the manager and was told to bringthe food back and they would replace it or refund me. Gas prices through the roof and they didn't have the decency to replace myfood for free and refund me since I wasted my gas and time!!!!
First time to visit this location. It has good customer service and was clean. In the half hour we ate there as a family the different employees came through the dining area and cleaned. We were able to place our order without any issues and the foodwas prepared correctly according to our order. It sits in a shopping center parking lot so it was easy to get into and outwithout any issues. We would definitely eat here again.
