Wendy's - Garland

This place was very dirty/unsanitary. The tables and chairs were not clean, there was an empty water bottle under one of the tables. The food was soggy. Bad service.

I know I'm over at the age of eating fast food garbage. But I just wanted a little burger to buy me up to the finish. The only three items that were hot in this restaurant were the French Pommes, "Delicious By the way, "the strangely structured chicken nuggets and my companion temperament. Sent Burgers returned twice, but stll came back lukewarm or cold. Proven microwave, wanted to throw up. Bad for the untrained staff. We were in the register 5 minutes, employees went several times, but never our order. The place was dirty, almost slipped onto the lively Katsup package. Other customers also gave them the evil eye for no service. I know I should have gone as soon as I got in, but my stomach was too loud. No manager at the service, I guess they don't wear uniforms anymore because everyone had on street clothes and sweaters. A young man came out, held his private part and then wants to take our job, wash his hands or something. Was a bad night anyway. Next time, I just get the rubber I had in my pocket and don't let my companion waste money, no matter how small the crowd is. ?

They were in a drive thru for 40 minutes to order food. So they almost forgot my sandwich. I went for drinks and wait 10 minutes for me to go and get my drinks. What are you doing? If you can't get RUSH.

I stopped to order for a UberEats delivery that I did, and not only was it not ready, I could not pay any staff attention after I went for another 5 minutes. It took the guy I knew what I was there for almost another 5 minutes to let them know I was there to pick up and they needed to make the order. I finally got the order after more minutes and all the time they were all chatting and laughing. I will make it clear that I have no problem chatting with employees or having fun while at work for so long and it does not waste other peoples time and they get their work done, but that is exactly what has happened and the longer it takes me to be the more probable I am to lose a part of my tip, which means by not doing their work they measure with my work and livelihood.

Not sure how they’re in business at this location. All but one woman ignored us or acted annoyed that we were there. The first part of our order came out quickly and cold, the second part took 15 minutes.
