Mcdonald's - Garland

The same lady works drive through, nice blonde and is always friendly and quick taking orders and collecting payments. The line moves quickly.

This food ain't really good I don't know why people bum rush up in here they treat the people at the cashier like Outkast and all they do is pay attention to people in the driveway this place is super busy and I don't know why because the food ain't all that the sodas are watered down tastes like water to have water in half soda what's the big deal in going to this place I guess a lot of people don't really want to cook this food ain't no good no way you eating all this fast food ain't good for know telling what they put in this stuff but I don't know why everybody go to McDonald's cuz they cookies give me nightmares

This location has the worst staff of any restaurant I've ever visited. They're slow, rude, argumentative and flat-out don't care about their service or customers.

This location needs new management. I waited almost an hour for an iced coffee. That's all I ordered. When I went inside after sitting in my spot for nearly 40 min, no one would help me till I pestered someone and then even after that I waited 20 more min till I had to ask the same person and they acted like they forgot.

This is about the McDonalds on Buckingham at First Street in Garland, Texas.I don’t think they’ve ever gotten an order wrong. They do a good job and the app makes it so easy, I mean real easy. Free food on the app too!
