The brisket is delicious. The service is friendly and quick. The restaurant is very cute and clean. The only thing I'm not crazy about, is walking all the way to the back for takeout.

Pretty good BBQ. Jalapeno corn was great, okra was cold, Okra HAS to be fresh. Pulled pork was good, brisket and ribs were really good, jalapeno sausage was standard. If in the area I would stop again.

The food was outstanding (and we're quite discerning when it comes to BBQ). Both the beef and pork are expertly cooked and full of flavor. The house-made chips and okra are essential choices, seasoned perfectly. The atmosphere is relaxed, and the staff is welcoming and friendly.

The brisket can be inconsistent; sometimes it's dry, and other times it's overly fatty. However, the ribs are consistently excellent. All the side dishes are tasty as well. I found the Sour Peach ale to be extremely overpriced at $13 for a 6% ABV glass. I also purchased two bottles to go for $33, which felt like a ripoff. Overall, I dined in and experienced decent service.

I visited the restaurant on a Saturday around lunchtime, and to my surprise, it wasn't busy at all. The food was really delicious, although the mac and cheese appeared to be sitting for a few hours—it tasted fantastic, though, just needed to be warmer. The atmosphere was amazing, and the beer selection was excellent. We definitely recommend it! I'm looking forward to returning for brunch soon.
