In-n-out Burger - Garland

I was quite frustrated this evening (12/8/2022) when I picked up my burger and it fell apart because it wasn’t fully cooked. I called the restaurant and reached their call center, which I think is a smart business model; it allows the staff in the restaurant to focus on their main job of making delicious burgers instead of answering phone calls all day. However, I was disappointed when the call center representative informed me that I couldn’t return for a remake on another day. Given that it’s cold and rainy tonight, I really have no intention of going back out to address a mistake that could have easily been avoided. The patties are thin, so there’s no reason they shouldn’t be cooked all the way through. The only solution she offered was to send me a gift card in the mail, with no option for an e-gift card. This seems quite outdated, and the refund to my debit card is also a slow process. Overall, the conflict resolution was very poor and left me feeling undervalued as a customer.

In-N-Out Burger offers a truly unique taste experience. The fries, in particular, are a revelation; when you taste them, you can't help but wonder why all fries aren't this delicious. They're top-notch! Additionally, the Double Double is a burger lover's dream. The classic paper hats and uniform design make you feel like you've stepped back into one of those cool American burger diners from the 1960s. It's fantastic!

The burgers are delicious! I personally recommend ordering the fries and burger "animal style." While the fries might not be the best compared to other places, they're still quite good—just make sure to enjoy them while they're hot! If you request your fries well-done, they turn out crispier and tastier.

First time trying this place and it was amazing, if your traveling in out of Texas I suggest trying this place at least once before you leave :

The Animal Style Double-Doubles were incredible! We also had cheese fries, and I opted for mine protein style. And we definitely can’t forget about the milkshakes!
