Church's Texas Chicken - Garland

Perfect timing!!!! Came in and the staff was so polite. My meal was fresh! all FRESH! Thanks again!

I love Churches Chicken. This store is a good store. I had a terrific experience there. I wanted to give it a 4.5 but since that wasn't possible, I gave it a five.Parking: Parking was easy to access.

Not perfect when taking an order be sure to check your order before you leave. The manager stepped in a corrected my order chicken and everything was fresh and delicious.

!!!NO LONGER PAYING FOR POOR SERVICE!!!! This is my 4th time randomly visiting this place. And they either closed early because they run out of chicken. So, I ask: Question: what is Church's Chicken with no chicken? Answer: A church on Sunday morning with no Pastor and No chicken, no worth much!!!!! On 9/14/2022, Ashley the so called manager was on duty and proceeded to tell me once again, they had no chicken and there was a 15-20 minute wait. I asked are you giving me a free drink or biscuit for the wait? She said she has been told over and over by her boss and upper management that they cannot offer anything to the customers for not having fresh chicken on hand when customers arrive. Look, I think service is going down with the economy. How are managers able to remain in position when they do not properly plan each day or week for chicken. And how dare you not have chicken and then not even offer the customers a free drink, water, biscuit. As, I begin to ask Ashley for more information so I could write it down. She got frustrated and said, what kind of drink you want because I do not want you to give me a hard time? THANKS BUT NO THANKS ASHLEY, THE LOOK ON YOU AND THE WORKERS FACE, LET ME KNOW YOU ALL WERE GOING TO DO SOMETHING TO MY CHICKEN. I AM NO LONGER WASTING MY TIME AND MONEY ON POOR SERVICE. ANOTHER EATING PLACE CANCELLED!!!! NOT WORTH IT!!! Please visit your locations and retrain your managers and their employees running out the thing you sell, the thing that makes you you, CHICKEN is not a good look!
