Hostaria Casacurta - Garibaldi

This is a restaurant in a hotel in the village of Garibaldi, in the heart of the Brazilian wine country. The restaurant was built on a rock encrusted and has seating on the balcony, which gives you a beautiful view of the restaurants below you and... their dishes. It was a really cold night, but it was nice warm inside and very cozy. Her wine list was impressive with wines from all over the world, while in Vale dos Vinhedos, I felt compelled to drink the local product. Again I was surprised how good the Don Laurindo Tannat with the warm bread and Patê started with and how it just got better and better. I had veal piccata with saffron risotto and my man of magret with pepper sauce and potatoes. We mixed our dishes as the portions were so generous and everything was delicious. The price was relatively low given the size of the portions and the quality of the food. To finish the meal, a cream brulée was glazed by the waitress and was superb, again a part large enough for two people. Another beautiful surprise in Vale dos Vinhedos.

Jantamos por duas vezes no local, e comemos uma massa maravilhosa. A carta de vinhos e espumante é completa.

Ambiente lindo e super acolhedor. O cardápio merece 5 estrelas. Excelente carta de vinhos. Melhor fazer reserva.

Venho a trabalho para Garilbaldi faz 14 anos e nunca volto sem passar pelo Casacurta. O lugar é deliciosamente aconchegante, as paredes sao todas de pedras, e a temperatura é naturalmente de uma adega. A comida é sensacional, muita atencão para as massas , leves , delicadas e muito saborosas, o atendimento é muito maia do que muito mais do que eficiente , é acolhedor como todo o servico de Garibaldi. Um pequeno deslize no creme brulee, que estava apenas medio. Se voce veio para a serra gaucha e nao jantou no Casacurta, perdeu metade do passeio.

Estou hospedada no hotel e fomos jantar e adoramos o restaurante, bonito , bem decorado. Pedi uma massa com tomate rústicos e estava divino.
