Pirate's Cove - Garibaldi

To begin with, the service was warm and welcoming. I usually prefer sitting at tables, but they only had one that could seat eight, and I appreciated that the server made an effort to accommodate us. The food was outstanding. I had the halibut, which was of great quality and very enjoyable. My husband opted for the Blackened Halibut Alfredo, and he found it to be quite delicious!

The restaurant is overpriced for what you receive. The food is average overall, although the clam chowder and halibut were quite good. The crab cakes were a bit mushy but acceptable. Unfortunately, the mussels were not enjoyable at all. The staff was friendly, but they were not very attentive and frequently forgot our requests, such as water refills (I had to ask twice before receiving my refill and a clean glass) and extra tartar sauce, which we never received. On the positive side, the ambiance is nice with lovely views of the water.

This restaurant has a nostalgic vibe reminiscent of the late 90s and early 2000s. While the view is fantastic, the food is rather mediocre, and the decor feels worn out. Our server was friendly, but the tasteless dishes didn't inspire me to take any photos of the six plates we ordered.

Amazing service and seafood quality and taste were phenomenal! Not overpriced and the quantity was impressive! Great dinner outing with my girls and I wouldn't change a thing. Would definitely be back if we're ver in the area again! What a fun and great experience.

Lunch with a view was AMAZING! From the prompt service to the good. The best oysters in a half shell I've had in a very long time! Perfect size
