Phenomenal Asturian hidden in Madrid. Few dishes, but very well selected, homemade. The councilmen and the croquettes, out of ten... The cachopo was good, but I expected it to be juicier (they pour cheese on top). They have a very good natural cider, and the cheesecake, authentic and also homemade.
