My friend talked me into going to this place. 40 min drive for a cheesesteak sandwich. Let me tell you I was not disappointed! Very friendly as well!!!! MUST TRY!

Anthony who took my order was great, nice polite and don't rush you while ordering, repeats it back so there is no mess up!

Let me start off with saying Planet wings sells one of the best quality and tasting wings around, however they are not worth the headache I always face. I stopped ordering delivery after three different times because each time something was missing a dipping sauce, a side, or a drink. The staff will offer to drop off the forgotten item, but you can expect to wait another 40 minutes at least. I moved to only ordering pick up but checking each order before leaving because mistakes were still being made. My last experience left me upset and never visiting again. I ordered over the phone and came in after the time they asked me to. The woman at the counter tells me it 's coming right out and tells the worker in the back she needs my order. Ten minutes go by and I check back in and I 'm told it 's coming right out. Meanwhile other guests are coming and going with their order. After another ten minutes of waiting patiently, I ask again. She tells the cooks again and a man comes out front and asks me to remind me what I ordered. I told him the order. My order was never being worked on and I had to wait an additional ten minutes. If the staff could have told me as soon I walked in I am sorry I don 't see your order can I have it one more time I would have not wasted nearly an hour for my food. When I asked what happened at no point in time could they admit my order was misplaced or a mistake was made. I never received a I 'm sorry . The woman just asked if I would like a cookie. TLDR: best tasting wings around and the most horrible service around

Food smelled good but got the scraps from the bottom of the beef you no the burnt parts beef was under cooked raw pink beef in nacho grande order couldn’t eat it 2 orders of chicken Quesadilla so oily greasy and not enough cheese. Gave me an upset stomach such a waste of money ....
