Kfc - Gardner

The Gardner location, I can't speak for others, now charges an extra $1.99 if you want your chicken extra crispy instead of the original recipe! Are you serious?! The chicken was so dry it felt like eating cardboard. These places are getting out of hand! If they keep this up, they'll drive themselves out of business.

If you’re a fan of KFC, this location is perfect for you. However, if KFC isn’t your thing, this place probably won’t change your mind. That said, I have to commend them for consistently getting my order right. The man who took my order was attentive, listened carefully, and repeated everything back to me when I finished, all without interruption. When I got to the window, the girl on duty greeted me with a genuine "good afternoon," which I really appreciated. For me, that’s a significant win. So, when I choose to indulge in this type of food, I prefer to support a restaurant that values courteous service and attentive customer care.

I was very disappointed with my experience. The internet access was inadequate, making it impossible to place orders through their app. Additionally, I couldn't order any specials from their computer register!

Yummy as usual!! Friendly staff and the chicken is always sooooo good!

This is the KFC. You get what you expect. But I really like the staff here. They were especially helpful for me when I kept changing my mind on my order with my two young children with me. They were really awesome! Especially the manager who was onduty training somebody new.
