Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

Poor customer service. Asked to get ketchup filled 3 times. I keep getting told when we can. There are 3 people standing around doing nothing. Food all over the floors. A person from the drive through has just brought his order back in because the gave him the wrong order. Not very impressed.

I go to Freddie's frequently. This restaurant is by far the best fast food.???? I see the reviews on here and have to wonder what your truely expecting. 1. At least 80 percent of thier employees are teenagers with thier first job. Most adults won't do this job but your going to hound them for trying. Family loves this place, so glad they are in Gardner. Food is excellent every time service is Great. Drive thru can get a little long but goes fast.

If you order delivery, 9 times out of 10 you will have missing items especially drinks. They still owe me (well, my daughter) two large chocolate shakes, a root beer float, and a large root beer from our last two orders. I don?t think this is coincidence. It seems to be a pattern.

Great food friendly staff. My main reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the drive thru is always 20-25 mins for me. I?ve been thru 3 times since open and hoped that would get better but I?m always left rushing over my lunch break. Hope they can iron out their process to get food out faster for drive thru because I love Freddy?s!
