Papa John's Pizza - Gardendale

I love their pizza, wished they would deliver to Mount Olive:

If I could set a zero, I would!! Terrible customer service, they mistakenly pick up times when we did not pick up the articles! 1 1/2 plus hours for a pickup? If this is the case, tell people that, do not lie and act as we complain if we actually only try to find out where our orders are! Absolutely pathetic

I am highly upset by a situation that happened at your location. I've worked at Papa John's before back in the early 2000s. We would have done this when I ran shift. A little boy would food restrictions has been getting his special meal there which is basically veggies and sauce ran in the oven like a pizza and put in a little box. Mind you they still paid for a full price pizza. Which was fine for them because he was able to eat something from a place his family was able to order. It might seem silly to some but it's a big deal that someone so restricted on food choices to get a meal like his family like normal family dinner from one restaurant. Now there is a new manager and wouldn't do it and didn't even have the decency to talk to the family. Shame on you. Educate your staff better and treat this family right.

This place is great,have only had 1 bad pizza in 3 years and our orders have always been correct and delivered ontime. The inside staff are always friendly and professional and the delivery drivers are just as great. I have tried other pizza joints in the area but always stick with Papa Johns!

Got a topping bowl for my cousin. I thought they were still $9.99! Not when I ordered what she wanted 6 items it was $27. The guy was nice enough to give me a 30% discount which made it $14. That's all I had!!
