Sea Empress Seafood - Gardena

This place was one of my favorite dim sum places. Post-covid, the place has gotten more worn out over the years. The koi pond is filled with moss and the water is unclear, barely showing the bright colors of the once abundant kois residing in it. Theestablishment smells of old rag and the food is no longer good. Fried foods are stale, and you cannot appreciate the flavor.The steamed dumplings are barely warm. I don't think I'm going back here again.

It got pricey..about $5.50 and $6.50 for A and B type dishes. Highly recommend the Ham Sui kok and bean curd rolls. The rest were just okay.

Deep-fried squid is my absolute favorite dish—it's a must-try! Everything else on the menu is also quite good. The food is served quickly, which is a plus. While the customer service isn't perfect, it's satisfactory enough to keep me returning.

What a delightful discovery! As a vegetarian, I thoroughly enjoyed my meal here. I ordered the vegetable buns, vegetable dumplings, and spring rolls, all of which were incredibly fresh and packed with flavor. I highly recommend this place for a quick bite or for grabbing something on the go!
