We have been loyal fans of Aloha Pizza for many years and continue to love it. The food is always delicious and Sheri goes above and beyond to ensure her customers are satisfied. Yesterday, we celebrated my son's birthday at Aloha Pizza as per his request. We are grateful for the hospitality and for allowing our large family to come together in your restaurant. We look forward to our next visit!

My husband and I visited the Hawaiian Pizza, Shaved Ice, and Ice Cream Company for the first time on Sunday, October 22nd. We ordered the garlic shrimp and rice combination using our credit card. After waiting for 10 minutes at our table, the staff informed us that they were out of shrimp. They appeared to be laughing and joking, which we found unprofessional. As lovers of Hawaiian food, we were disappointed by the customer service we received. As a black family, we felt uncomfortable being put in that situation in front of other customers. Overall, we rated the food, service, and atmosphere as a 1 out of 5.

Pizza is delicious but this is the second time that we ordered bbq chicken and were given Kalua pork. We have dietary restrictions so this is very disappointing.

Love the food.... Dislike the service. Went here for take out about a month ago. The cashier was less than friendly and I swore I 'd never go back. Mom wanted pizza so we went again just now with hopes of better service. The employee asked if I wanted cheese and peppers . I was confused because I thought she was offering peppercinis. So when I didn 't answer her, she kept asking, cheese and peppers??? Cheese and peppers? I finally had to ask what peppers were and she clarified red crushed peppers.
