Bidrage med feedbackEnjoyed the durian mochi a lot. We are from Denver, so not many fresh Asian dessert places. First time we tried durian mochi at any dessert places while traveling and it pretty good. The bubble waffle was good also, doesn’t give you a hollow taste but rather very pluffy and chewy like mochi fusion taste for mochi lovers like me.
Got wrong orders for the 3rd time but this time I wanted to leave a review. You guys running a (big) business but not all employees were trained well to pay at least small attention to orders. The first time got me wrong food (in bag, seal tight) I didnt mind much because I worked at restaurants too and I understand how busy and stressful it was. The 2nd time I called back, a girl NEVER say a sorry word, just said “well then you can just come back and we will see”. What if I live so far from you, and when I got home I just opened the bag and see? Today is the third time, an order #200 with Strawberry Blueberry sea salt cream but I got #199 different name and drink. My first reaction was “again?” . All staff with young people, please pay attention to customers. Everyone has mistakes but the attitude you show after that is more important.
This dessert is so delicious. And oloong sea salt cream is very good too.The inside is clean and spacious. I was in the store chatting with my friend for a while. Right before I was about to leave, I dropped my tea and spilt all over the ground. (So sorry) The cashier came over to clean and he also ordered another replacement for me. What a great service!! It was very thoughtful for the hot afternoon
I can't come here anymore even though I enjoy the not too sweet desserts. They put even dine-in orders in to-go containers and I cannot support so much single use container use. Also they don't have purple yam anymore which was my favorite drink.
Oh man where do i begin. So imagine Hui Lau Shan blended with Meet Fresh and a boba shop. Here it is. Theres a small service fee for unknown reason whether you use the kiosk or at counter, no explanation anywhere but these days there's mysterious fees for everything (small order fee, small item fee, large item fee, takeout fee, health insurance fee, covi fee, bag fee, wage fee, etc) so really it's not that bad.Watermelon Slush is exactly as it sounds. Excessively sweet tho, i've never thought i'd say that given i tend to prefer sweet.Pomelo Mango Sago. Is NOT anything like HLS, that was my mistake. Very tiny here, the mango is more a thick soup base with sago some mango chunks and the smallest pinch of pomelo. Very sweet. ummm yea not a fan.Spacious seating interior tho so it's a handy place for groups and families after dinner, otherwise during the day it literally looks like it's closed.Shared lot with a bunch of other small shops. Daytime is empty. Weekend night is a slugfest. This used to be a totally dead plaza it's so weird.
