One of the best Pho place around. Had a Tái (semi raw beef) Gầu (brisket) bowl. This place gives a good variety of vegetables including ngò ôm which is rare at other pho places. Plenty of meat, soup was plenty flavorful. Fast and friendly service as cherry on top. Large restaurant accommodating for large parties. I highly recommend this place.
Takes credit cardClean inside. Lots of tables. A few spots in front. Good place for egg noodle soup Ha Tieu Nam Vang- Large bowl $12.99- lots of slices of meat and beef. Good portion of noodles. Your choice of noodle- egg noodle or rice noodle. Order it dry to get soup on the side.

Overall, Hai Lua is a solid option for Vietnamese food. Upon entering the restaurant, do not be surprised if you get hit with the strong smell of bun mam. There are plenty of seating inside, and it is super clean. I tried the Hu Tieu Nam Vang with the clear noodles (dry) and the Mi Go Sai Gon (dry). There is a $1 difference between the small and large bowl, so I opted for the large bowl, and it is a LOT of food. The food came out fairly fast. Both dishes were good, but the sauce is on the sweeter side compared to other restaurants in the area. There is plenty of meat and greens in your bowl though, and I really liked the greens provided to you on the side. The soup broth accompanying the dry noodles was light and was a great addition to the noodles. There is a $1 charge if you use credit/debit card, so definitely keep that in mind if that is not something you are okay with.
