Bidrage med feedbackOh, where do I even begin with this experience at Cold Stone? More like Lukewarm Pebble, am I right? First off, the ice cream was so melty, it 's as if they wanted to serve me a milkshake instead. Seriously, they should consider a rebrand to Hot Stone Creamery, where the 'creamery ' part is just a fond memory. The toppings? Don 't get me started. They looked older than the relics in an antique store. I was half-expecting to find a Best Before the Jurassic Period label on them. Clearly, freshness took a backseat, or maybe it never even got in the car.The staff looked like they were auditioning for a low-budget zombie movie. No greetings, no smiles, just a vacant look that screamed, Welcome to the funeral home of desserts. The vibe was so downcast, I almost expected someone to start playing 'Taps. 'And the cherry on top--or should I say the stale cherry? No restroom. I mean, where am I supposed to cry about my melting ice cream and ancient toppings?Corporate, if you 're reading this, do us all a favor: Take this place down and give it the makeover it so desperately needs. Until then, I 'll be satisfying my sweet tooth elsewhere, preferably somewhere that understands the meaning of 'Cold ' and 'Stone. '
Many different choices of toppings and ice cream. I got the pistachio but the taste of the food flavoring and pistachio is so intense. The service was okay not too friendly more like I'm just doing my job and getting this paycheck and that's it. Basically not selling the products or pushing it to the customers like option wise. They sale cakes and open at 1pm during the week and leave their open sing on even when not open.
Delicious, close to our house and it's so good not too sweet and creamy, my kids love it so much,
I love this place. Like any other stone cold creamery their quality of the product is great and the staff at this location are great as well!I highly recommend if you want to have some ice cream!?
Just got my bff and daughter some ooey gooey ice cream from the best local shop: our local Coldstone. It’s so nice and creamy and delicious, plus the topping are to die for! I love the Peanut Butter Cup Perfection it’s the perfect mixture of chocolate and peanuty goodness. My daughter got an almond praline waffle cone, as she has the sweet tooth worse than I did at her age, while Katrina ended up getting some sherbet yogurt in a cup which also looked delicious. The whole total only came to $15 and every bite was perfection. Staff were friendly and professional and the store was clean and organized
