My Three Sons Bagel Cafe (nassau Blvd)

Ordering a dozen bagels the worker tells me I already picked my twelve and I tell him no I have 11 I need two more a bakers dozen right he then laughs and says fine two more he proceeds to throw my bagels on their counter part and starts talking about me in Spanish I looked at him listened and simply said can you please change the sesame bagel for a lighter one and can you put the sesame bagels in a separate bag thanks, he then again started talking About me in Spanish. Which in turn I told him in Spanish, why are you talking about me in Spanish I understood everything you said you should be a bit more careful you don’t know who understands the language and who doesn’t. They look on his face, priceless.His service and attitude was horrible Durant even finish and passed my order to someone else to finish. at least the other gentleman was a bit more decent.

I love My 3 Sons both locations on Nassau Blvd. and Covert Ave. Are my primary visits. Bagels are fantastic and the staff is always helpful and friendly. I like their coffee too.

The bagels were excellent, but the staff struggled to get our order right, and we ended up waiting for an unusually long time for such a simple request. We plan to return, but if the service remains an issue, we'll look for another place to dine.

The restaurant really needs to improve its service. There were people waiting off to the side, and it was unclear when our food would be ready or where the line began to place an order. It felt like they expected us to approach them to ask about our food. They seriously need to get better organized and be more mindful of time.

The food is incredible, and even if there's a line, it moves quickly due to the staff's impressive efficiency. It's a great spot for both takeout and dining in.
