The Cuban Garden City

Was very nice we had reservations came right in for a Wednesday the crowd was nice the food was nice and the entertainment was awesome.

Good but the music is so loud you can hardly have a conversation.

It was my birthday. Our waiter took our order and never came back until the end. She was not attentive at all. The music was playing nicely in the room we were in and they turned it off because the band was setting up in a totally different room?!! The food was not the greatest, it was just plain okay. The door was open and even though we ate inside there was this annoying fly that kept flying around us and then I saw a nat flying around. Just was not a “happy birthday” at all.

The crab meat avocado appetizer was tiny for its price basically a lot of planteen chips. My ribeye steak was horrible. It was overcooked it’s all of Grizzel and fat to the point where I could not eat more than 10% of it! We’re steak I have had my life. Could not find a waiter or manager to tell them that it’s not edible. Furthermore it had a weird taste it tasted sour?. my wife got the salmon which had a sweet sauce that didn’t go with the salmon but the salmon was otherwise OK. The interior decor of the restaurant is artistic and fun and just beautiful. At the end of the meal I explained to management that I could not eat the dinner it’s it’s still sitting on the plate. I explained that it was full of fat and Grizzel that it was overcooked I had a weird taste. They said that I should’ve told our server and I explained that after the food was put on the table no server came over, no one came over to the table and we couldn’t flag down anybody nobody bothered to come over to ask if we were unhappy with the food and I wasn’t about to get up and walk through the restaurant look for a manager. Tthey didn’t adjust anything worked out very unhappy.
