Penguin Rolled Ice Cream - Garden City

Update: I have tried to visit twice since my first visit and it hasn't been good. The first time, they updated their hours and did not post it online so they were closed by the time I got there, no big deal. The second time, I made sure to go during their hours of operation and the door was locked. I looked in and saw a worker go into the back. I waited outside for almost 10 minutes, knocked and called. The phone number to the store has been disconnected now, so I don't know if they're going out of business or what.

This is the worst service EVER! We waited almost 40 minutes. We asked for our money back and the lady said I had to wait until she finished all her orders. I left with no ice cream and no money! I will never return to this place again. There was only one other family there the place wasn’t full. Very disappointed. Keep my money you need it more than I do!!!

Long wait, but the strawberry cheesecake rolled ice cream was fantastic

The ice cream is delicious, creamy, fair amount of toppings, and a good size. It’s a good place to hang too because they have Jenga, chess, Uno, and cards to play while you wait. I’ll definitely come back!
