The food and service were excellent! I previously struggled to find good barbecue around here, but that's no longer the case. This is definitely the spot for BBQ in town!
In short, this is one of the best grills I've ever experienced during my travels in the United States. As soon as you step inside, the aroma of smoked brisket hits you—it's truly one of the most incredible smells you could encounter. The meat is always tender and juicy, and the spices are perfectly balanced.
Every time I visit this place, it surpasses expectations, especially the pulled pig, ribs and homemade pecan pie. The hardwood mix uses them for smoking balanced your sweet and savory, adding to the taste, instead of overpowering the meat. From various visits, food is always fresh, juicy and delicate. As for pecan pie, they will always be the gold standard. The friendly owners and operators themselves are a pleasure to interact and chat with. If there was a restaurant (Stand: 01/23/20) in Idaho, I could recommend eating for BBQ, that's it.
Stopped in for a late lunch and boy are we glad we did! We loved our 1/4 rack of ribs and the baked beans are just great. We will definitely be back. Recommend you give this a try!
