Carl's Jr. - Garden City

After using the restroom, I attempted to order some cookies at the restaurant. Unfortunately, there was a sign on the door stating that the lobby was closed and that drive-through service was not available. I entered the unlocked door and was told by an employee inside that I would have to wait outside for my food since the lobby was closed. I was slightly annoyed by this but agreed to wait. I ordered two sausage bites and cookies, which came to $7.50. This seemed excessively expensive to me, so I decided to leave without purchasing anything. The only positive aspect of my experience was the professionalism and politeness of the cashier. Overall, I found the prices to be unreasonably high.

Of this special carl is twice and was surprised that it saw bigger burger as the picture and tasted great. Of course, the two pattens could have been a bit thicker, next time could ask for a threefold. a certain human work here a certain good for the peculiarities!

Prices are higher than I like but the hand breaded chicken strips are really good for fast food

Bought dinner for my Mom and I, each different burgers. Got it home and we split half and half. They were so good! The fries were hot and fresh! The employees were kind, quick and I appreciated the experience! Thank you!

Terrible customer service!!!! Manager doesn't know how to address an issue professionally.
