Zoës Kitchen - Garden Centre, Sidmouth

Today I went to order from them to give them one more chance after speaking with a manager. They now updated this so that I have to sign for my food. It's not that I am not getting my food from the delivery person it's that the person at the restaurant isn't putting all the items that I ordered in my bag. Because of this I will never order from them again. They always forget something or it's cold. Always!!!

Falafel was cold and stale. Avocado and corn cobb salad had two small avocado slices. Service was ok, food put out quick.

Very bad option for vegetarians. We don’t like the food. The falafel and the turmeric rice don’t taste good and they are served cold.

Food is pretty good and the service was okay.We chose to eat there as a healthier alternative.It wasn't too expensive either. Reasonably priced.The girl who took our order was very nice and helpful... it would have been 4 stars if not for how DUSTY the whole place was.We noticed it the moment we walked in.It was awful.Every surface was covered in dust besides the check-out counter and tables.Couldn't get over it.

Just had my last Zoe’s experience. Ordered $70 worth of food for pickup, got every single person’s order wrong but 1. Completely missed sides and no sauces. Tried to call for 20 minutes about the order mess up and nobody would ever answer. Too expensive for such terrible service!
