In addition to the fast service, the employees here were super friendly. I was having the worst day and their simple compliments turned my day around. Just want to say thank you!

The person who took my call and took my order over the phone was great!The app wasn’t taking my gift card and credit card- for some reason- So I couldn’t get my $1 off promo for using my app to place an order for the 2024 new year deal.But he threw in a free cookie for my inconvenience without me asking. I appreciated the customer service- don’t get much of that anymore. This location is far from my house, but for friendly service, I’ll def make the trip again!

Really disappointing for Jimmy John’s. Ordered for pickup since they have a small delivery area. Had three guys there but was slow going. Turkey sandwich only had turkey on half the sandwich and the turkey was very thin. 90% lettuce on a $10 sandwich. The jalapeño ranch chicken wrap was really bland and the “crispy jalepeno” were stale.
