Familienbäckerei Kistenpfennig

The bakery is located in the center of Garching opposite the guesthouse Gasthof Neuwirt. The food is very tasty and fresh and I would recommend the vanilla krapfen (donut) if you like sweet food. Also, sandwiches, soup and other snacks and drinks are served in the bakery and there is an additional eating area, similar to a cafe. The staff are very friendly and helpful and were happy to find the ingredients of some products for someone with a nut allergy.

My favorite bakery in Garching. Coffee and cakes are perfect. People are always friendly and polite. By the way, they have a nice playlist

Great sandwich and good coffee

Gorgeously designed cafe and is very cozy to sit inside and enjoy a breakfast, coffee, or anything else. Also a large choice of cakes and bread. The service has also gotten much better than it used to be.

Great bakery with a variety of dine-in options. Some of the staff speak English. They take cards and cash, and have a kid area for the little ones to play.
