Solpon - Gangtok

If they are commercially hyped up restaurants on the mg road except a few) only 50 mtrs away solpon is an absolute gem. very stylish restaurant with delicious food and drinks. service a bit slow, but all made to order and there are them time to really enjoy in the atmosphere. small menu, but super tasty and everything is available and it covers all the basics. so if you are in gangtok please check it out, the entrance is a little cryptic restaurant in the first floor by travel agency in the ground floor.

Also many natives do not know about this place, but those who do swear to it. I'm a native here myself. because this place is managed by the owner, who does not make it to dirty her hands in the kitchen, it shows in what is in the top. pork ribs, with steamed rice with sortiment, recommend, but then go with their darm.
