Mcdonald's Gandia

Worried as the place was empty when we got there even though it was lunch time. One person behind the counter and a large lady who I assume was the manageress just walking around. Behind the counter there was food squashed on the floor. The male was cooking our food and rushing around while the lady was outside having a cigarette with her friend. No air con on which also made it very hot. Was disgusted with this lady her customer service skills were apauling. Food was of a good standard however.

Worst McDonald’s I have ever had. From the server sneezing into her hand and continuing to prepare the food, to the incredible rude staff who when even faced with the simplest of orders got it wrong. The food we did get went straight into the bin as it was borderline inedible. The best was saved until last! When informed that the toilet was broken and sewage was all over the floor was told “it’s ok just use the floor as the handyman can’t come to sort it until the next week”. Truly disgusting.

Pleasant and very friendly new lady on the till very efficient and helpful the food was of a very good standard on this visit better than last time

Comí con mi familia y súper bien todo muy rico . Pero si le hace falta la salsa de queso que tienen en el burguer king.

Muy rápidos y atentos, el detalle de traerte a la mesa el pedido me ha encantado, de los mejores McDonald's al que he ido!!!
