While this restaurant may be safe to eat at, the food lacked flavor. The spareribs were overly dry and excessively salty, causing a burning sensation on our lips. When we mentioned this to the waitress, she simply said, "everyone has different tastes." The sauces and potatoes were decent, but the salad was bland. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and I would not recommend it, despite being confident in its safety standards.

What a great offer and incredibly good food. This was one of the best restaurants for good food we experienced in Europe. If you like ribs and amazing side dishes and sauces, do not miss this place if you are in Gent. Super nice staff amazing food and everything you eat ribs for 20 euros. My wife had the goat cheese salad and liked her dressing on the side they nailed.
