The employees are great! hard working, and kind. But the new owners, Nathan and Kylee, have ruined the place. They took away all the original employees hours, so that the employees they brought from kingston can get more hours. The employees from kingston think they own the place, and the original employees are their slaves. We need the old owner back, B everyone misses you!

Today 14 November 2023 Time 9:33PM and all closing guys is closed to tim hortan 9:33 and closing time is 10PM both side is closed Drivethru and dining area and 2 guys are ingnor to my car ? in Drivethru ?Mr.Dhruv parekh….from:

Absolutely a complete waste of time . There is no reason people should be waiting in drive through for 30+ minutes,and about the same length of time if you go inside to store front. Let alone waiting 30+ minutes in drive through to get a single coffee that is rarely ever what you ordered or made right . This place is just ridiculous. And a complete cluster fxxk. Waiting in line at store front while employees are talking doing nothing horsing around cursing and swearing. .you would need at least an hour lunch brake if you were planning on going her on your lunch imagine that . We Absolutely need another tim hortons in this town this place should be closed down. . Also once again they have no grill working and no stepped tea . This establishment seems to be cursed with broken appliances. This place is a total inconvenience. Through and through
