We enjoyed a coffee, a hot chocolate, and apple pie to share at this restaurant. The atmosphere was comfortable and relaxed, and the service was friendly and welcoming.
The owner, Maurice, is a local who is very knowledgeable about the area. I learned a lot while waiting for my order. The food is fantastic and freshly made, and I enjoyed two delicious coffee's after because the first one was so good. I love this place, and wish every village had a café of this caliber. I heard they also offer a bed and breakfast, so I will definitely try it on my next visit.
Service was so slow. I got the veg spring rolls and the portion was tiny for €6. not impressed at all
During a drive from Ballyconneely to Galway, we made a coffee stop at this restaurant. They offer free wifi and the service was friendly, although the coffee was nothing extraordinary. There are a few tables outside, but unfortunately no view of the seaport. It's still worth stopping by and taking a walk afterward.
