Bierhaus - Galway

This restaurant boasts the finest craft beer selection in Galway. The atmosphere is excellent, featuring thoughtfully chosen music and attentive service. The food menu appears to change regularly. During my visit, I sampled the arepas and the veggie smash burger, and both were outstanding!

This might be the only pub in Galway that offers Guinness, Murphy's, and Beamish on tap. At just €5, Beamish is a great deal given current prices. The location, staff, and overall atmosphere are all quite pleasant. My only minor complaint is that when the DJ is playing, the sound comes through the system at such a low volume that it feels more like a CD is playing. While I understand they want to avoid a loud disco environment and encourage conversation, I think the volume could be raised a bit when the DJ is present.

Excellent selection of craft beers, accompanied by very friendly service. The atmosphere inside is lovely. This is definitely one of the best microbreweries in the country!
