Jack In The Box - Galveston

Come here a few times and have no problems in the restaurant. However every time the order thru something is wrong. Today my last day was here. I ordered a Bacon-Uptime-Burger with cheese and got a double... No cheese, no bacon, nothing but the bread and patty... Last time I make this mistake

Solid. The guy who took our order was a homie, we had a lot to give, but he was patient and even offered to give us an extra frit when we spilled some of us. Food was not bad, typical fast food. The mini-tacos were bombs. Just the reason it wasn't 5 stars, it wasn't the cleanest.

Says it's 24 hours on the website, we're here at 1:30 a.m. saw a car before us getting food, then the workers went for a smoke break, and we asked them how long it would take, and they said they were closed when they were just serving the person infront. Worst 24hr Fast Food still caution.

The food was hot and fresh. The staff was friendly and my order was prepared on request, but you should not ask for Tacosauce when you ordered Tacos, but they will put ketchup in bag automatically. It is disappointing to go with food and find important things later, are not in there.

We just ate here. 10 of us. It was perfect. The lady who is a trainer was so nice and courteous. There's a reason she was a trainer. She went above and beyond. Being a restaurant owner myself, she really stood out!!! Thank you
