Gypsy Joynt Jive - Galveston

I went with my young girls looking for a place to drink some age-appropriate drinks for them and from our feet. the style and look of this place have addressed me at first. the menu was funny and my children wanted to try their smoothies and unicorn dog. it was all delicious! I wouldn't have put the thing together for the hot dog, but it worked well. the personal was very friendly and we will be here the next time we are here.

Nice little stop while walking the strand. The meatballs were great, very good quality food. Pinball machine and cool decor and music. Definitely will be back.

Listen...you should come here. Literally everything on the menu is great. I 've been coming to the jive and it 's bigger brother, the Gypsy joynt for about a year now. I 've gained 4 lbs because I 've tried nearly everything. It 's taken me that long to try things. I thought Maybe they have a bad salad wrong. Maybe their hot dogs are bad wrong. They can 't have THAT good of a pastry section. That 's like their best part. Coffee any good? That stuff will raise the dead. What the heck is a chum bag? Bruh... seriously, just go already.

I'd been to the original Gypsy joint a few times and enjoyed the eclectic food and great staff. So finding this spinoff was a happy moment. With the same flare to put odd foods you would never think to put together, together; and a more: to go munu, I was super excited. This location likes its meat options a lot. But I found a hardy salad covered in grilled veggies, with their ranch dressing simply delicious. I tried the smores coffee, which was more of a dessert in of itself. I didn't get a smores flavor out of it, but liked it all the same. The smores cookies are amazing! There is marshmallows hidden everywhere! Finally I had a cake ball, it was green, coconut tasting, chocolate covered goodness with sprinkles on both the in and outside. Stop here while you're walking the strand. Step out of your box and enjoy life here.
