Bidrage med feedbackI’ve had my best smoothies at this location. I usually order through the app and pick up in drive thru and have never had any problems. At other Jamba locations I’ve had watery smoothies and this location always does a great job at making sure the consistency is correct. The workers here are super friendly and service is fast! Would recommend!
Ever so often customer service is not great anymore. Wonderful staff, there was 2 women working and we went through the drive through after ordering on line. These women were so efficient, kind and made the best smoothies, I was having a bad day and they made my day better with their excellent customer service. Thank you ladies, I didn't get your names but I hope you know who I am referring to. ??
I didn't read the reviews to see why they have low ratings as I had the best apple n greens smoothie. Service was good and quick. No concerns and will come back
Most the time you'll get your smoothies or acai bowls half empty. Waste of money. Better off going to Lodi.
Dirty lobby. Custom order was messed up. Wouldn’t recommend stopping here. Go to Lodi or Elk Grove instead. If you go here you’re just wasting your money.Manager is harassing me and sending me multiple emails and calling me insinuating that I’m lying. Her shift lead messed up my order and didn’t offer to remake the item but merely offered to scoop the product out of my smoothie bowl that I specifically requested not be included. Also didn’t add the extra topping to replace what I didn’t want in my bowl. If she would have offered to remake the bowl I would have said yes but instead she only offered to scoop it out with a spoon which is completely unprofessional. DO NOT GO HERE. If I could give this place 0/5 stars I would. Save your money and go somewhere elseAlso; when the manager originally contacted me she told me there was no order for this specific problem placed back in August, which is correct as I placed this order in November on 11/08 so it just goes to show how unprofessional the management is here at ALL levels. When I originally provided my feedback it was obviously for November so I’m not sure why she said a random date in August. I have reached out to corporate as these people should not be running this store because they clearly have no concept of customer service.Hope you find this feedback helpful and save your money because it’ll be a waste if you shop here.
