Bidrage med feedbackThe cashier was in a very bad mood this morning. No happy faces at this location. I asked her how much my bill was after she gave me back change because I thought I gave her exact change. She responded as if asking her this question was an inconvenience. By the time I could say I’m just trying to be honest because I thought I wasn’t suppose to receive change she closed the slide window in my face. When I went inside to ask for the half dollar I accidentally gave her at the drive thru, the manager asked me if I wanted to apologize for arguing with the cashier. I could not believe I was being accused of arguing after asking a simple question in what I believed I was being honest about. They refused to give back my half dollar coin that has sentimental value to me. Regardless of my mistake to pay with my half dollar I never imagined being treated so poorly over a cup of hot tea. It took not even 5 minutes during my interactions with these staff members to ruin the reputation of this franchise. How can Dunkin’ run on bad customer service.
Did a Uber eats order for this location accidentally, received 2 donuts out of my order as they were out of everything else ..this is literally a donut shop how are you out of donuts?
A real let down. I ordered a turkey sausage sandwich and the flavor was so bad I thought it might have been rotten. When I did finally get a chance to contact someone I was told I'd be contacted by the store manager. That never happened. This was the first of 2 bad experiences but not with the same store. It's one thing to learn of a customer's crummy experience and make it right but to learn of 2 and say steps will be taken in an effort to retain customer loyalty then disregard it? I spent a total of $24 during these 2 visits and out of it I got one bite of a rotten sandwich and a half full cup of coffee.
