Edo's La Bottega Della Pinsa Romana

I ordered a pinsa to take away, I had already come before but I had eaten here and found nothing wrong. Today instead I could notice (being alone and waiting to take away lunch) how the pinsa is really packed. The ready base is stuffed by the cook with his hands, we do not know if and when they are washed. At this moment I am pregnant and receptive to the toxoplasmosis, before my pinsa the cook touched some raw tomatoes and probably washed only with water with the same hands with which he touched my mortadella leaned first on the slicer without even a plate (where they slice also raw ham) and then on my pinsa exit from the oven. For charity, very good, but a little extra hygiene in my opinion would take us. Last thing, I could see a huge difference in the presentation, if you stop eating it is cured, if you take it away it is spoiled somehow. I only recommend if you have no better places to go.

Pizza always at the top. Better book hot days like Friday and Saturday. Even the kitchen is tasty

We stopped with friends making an aperitif... pizza even with the binoculars L we saw.. We were very disappointed.
