O'charley's Restaurant Bar - Gallatin

We had a pretty good dining experience. Considering Gallatin was busting at the seams, the night we chose to go out. We had 7 people and our server, Steve, brought almost everything we requested with a big smile on his face. ?

The food and service was great but the place is filthy! Absolutely filthy as soon as you walk in thy the floor is covered in hair and crumbs nasty! The entire restaurant needs to take a day to clean. Every where you look is dirty especially the bathroom.

I had a bad experience. My potato skins were burned at the ends. My fries lubricated as if they had taken a salt bath. Even my chicken pliers were salty. Find a better location. My waitress wasn't very attentive. I had to wait so much for my check.

Friendly staff and good food. Not busy when we visited, Thursday at 17.00.

Ocharley's food is so good and the reels are a 10!! I usually make my order online and use Curbside pickup so I can enjoy Ocharleys while watching my shows! My orders are 95% always correct
