Macado's - Galax

Waited for 30 minutes on my food. Waiter ended up giving mine to another table. All the staff stands out back talking and smoking cigs instead of actually doing their job. Super disappointed in this place. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Macado's has always had great food for those without a food allergy or sensitivity. Love the atmosphere and the retro/throw back vibe the restaurant provides. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–50 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Parking space: Plenty of parking

The last 2 times we have been to this Macado 's, the service and kitchen were obscenely slow and the restaurant was not very busy. Tonight we waited an hour for 2 sandwiches and fries to come out and they were prepared wrong and cold. We didn 't get silverware or napkins, either. I spoke to the manager and she asked, What do you want me to do about it. I have a bunch of kids working here. She said she would discount the check but then never came back which is absurdly entertaining. We used to go there all the time and loved it but tonight was the last time for us.
