The Antler - Gainesville

In an area where Applebee's is considered fine dining, this restaurant's simple menu includes pizza, burgers, sandwiches, and a few fried items.

I waited for an hour for my prime rib and baked potato. When it finally arrived, both dishes were cold. It seemed like the au jus had come straight out of the refrigerator. The server was not attentive.

During my stay in Gainesville for a week of boating, I decided to dine at a restaurant with a deck and ordered a pizza and beer. Despite some mixed reviews, I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious, cold pizza I received.
