Taco Casa - Gainesville

The owner of this establishment does not offer discounts for military veterans, police, or firefighters, which is why I don't visit frequently. Additionally, the iced tea is consistently warm. Overall, I would rate the food a 3 out of 5.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is spacious and not crowded. However, the floors were sticky, although the rest of the place was generally clean. The staff was attentive in keeping the tables tidy, and the restrooms were also well-maintained. Unfortunately, I wasn't impressed with the food; the menu was small and the dishes lacked flavor. It’s a decent spot for a quick bite, but the limited menu left me wanting more. Thank you. Food: 2/5

I live in Oklahoma, and recently a couple of Taco Houses have opened up for us locals. It's great to have them close by, but I must admit, I'd be lying if I said that I didn’t miss the long wait we used to experience every time we returned to Oklahoma. For some reason, everything tastes even better when you know you can't just hop in the car and grab some Crunchy Tacos at a moment's notice! I really miss the trips my family and I would take there. Just thinking about the Super Tacos and a Crunchy Tostada with extra cheese to finish my meal, paired with a gigantic sweet tea, gives me a craving! Taco Casa is definitely a place you should stop at whenever you pass by, especially if you don’t have one back home. I’d give it a 20 out of 10!
