Starbucks - Gainesville

The restaurant has London fog on the menu but never has the lavender syrup needed to make it. Instead, they offered me a plain Earl Grey tea for $6, which I really didn’t want! They also wouldn’t give me a refund, claiming it’s not possible. No thanks!

I really enjoy my iced latte, even though it's a bit on the pricey side. I love the convenience of being able to grab my Starbucks while I shop for groceries, especially since this location is inside Kroger.

I’ve ordered a specific custom drink here twice, and it’s absolutely delicious. Even during their busiest times, they consistently take the time to make your drinks just right.

The staff were friendly, although the service was somewhat slow. The coffee is outstanding, and I really enjoy their Mocha! ☕️

If I could, I would give this restaurant zero stars. The service was painfully slow, with two staff members barely making an effort. One of them started making my drink but then walked away to help someone else. During that time, she paused to listen to a conversation her coworker was having about something that could definitely have waited until after serving customers who hadn't even placed their orders yet! The wait was completely unacceptable and unnecessary for everyone involved. (November 1, 2022, at 5:15 PM)
