Papa John's Pizza - Gainesville

My experience was absolutely terrible. One of the employees under the name Stephen Boss was very rude and it looked like he hadn't changed his clothes for a few weeks and didn't try to be mean, but also the opposite between us I could smell body odor badly and things like that is what it does where I didn't come back. I also find it disturbing to see employees who do not wear masks and coughs in their hands and not even their hands later. No one wants to eat food after someone like this has touched it and also observe the employees who say to put them diabetic and to do needle in their arm without respect in the bathroom or from the eyes of the customers. I as a relaxing iv drug user does not want to see that someone in the arm or somewhere else in fact. This dad is the worst thing I've ever been.

I was wondering if it's okay. Disappointed that they still don't serve anchovies.

I ordered two pizzas at 6:15 PM and took my time getting there. When I arrived and told them my name, the person at the counter didn’t say much and just asked, "What do you need?" I ended up sitting there for another 15 minutes, making it a total of over 30 minutes since I placed my order. When I finally asked about my order, they mentioned needing a "large meat statue." It seemed like either my second pizza wasn’t made at all or it was given to someone else. In total, it took an hour and 15 minutes to receive my food, and it was still wrong!

In addition to their fantastic pizza, the customer service at this restaurant is exceptional. After struggling to place an online order multiple times, I chose to visit the location and order in person. Once I placed my order, a staff member realized that they had made the same pizza for three different orders and that my online orders had indeed gone through. They promptly refunded both of my online orders and even brought my pizza out to my car. I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. If I could, I would give them 10 stars!
