Maybe not Italian pizza, not ny pizza, but probably the best American pizza I had in gainesville. second best pizza I had in florida, and it is safe in the top five for American pizza that I had during my life. their sides are also of good quality, while a bit uneven in taste. I think they're switching the sauce brands they use occasionally, but I enjoy the surprise. a bit disappointing that they offer pineapple, but that's a choice that I criticize zero right. overall nothing is perfect, but damn comes five star close. in any case go away if they want pizza, wings or paprika rolls. Five stars is by far our favorite pizza place. we love the garlic knots and pfeffermint rolls! the pizza crust is simply the correct balance of crispy and chewing. I can't get enough! edit, I had to come back and praise more! undoubtedly, 5star is the best pizza in gainesville!
