Once again, one of our items was missing from the order. While receiving a refund is nice, it's really disappointing when you've had a long day and are looking forward to a treat, only to find it didn't arrive. This happens far too frequently. We are very disappointed customers.
All my toppings were included, and there's nothing worse than poorly mixed ice cream, but they did an excellent job mixing it!

A little heavy handed with the toppings but I appreciate the effort lol
