Bojangles' - Gainesville

I ordered two Cajun chicken biscuits and two Bo Berry biscuits, but when I got to work, I discovered that they had left out the two Bo Berry biscuits. I tried calling to address the issue, but I didn’t get an answer. I'm really disappointed; I ended up paying nearly $14 for just the two chicken biscuits and a soda.

I decided to give it another shot, but it was just as frustrating. They informed me that they were out of chicken tenders and Cajun chicken, and then they admitted they didn't have any tea. When I asked for Dr Pepper from the limited drink selection, I ended up with a Coke instead. This experience has really left me dissatisfied.

I had to wait 15 minutes even though there was no line ahead of me, and it was still two hours before closing time. The woman at the counter had a really unpleasant attitude while processing my order. The wait was frustratingly long, and it took ages for her to take my order. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for "fast" food.

I. Love their Cajun filet biscuit and their tater rounds. But the service at this location sucks. A few times I've come by for breakfast during breakfast hours and they'd be closed. Most of the staff is rude. Unfortunately for me if I want a Cajun filetbiscuit, it's the only location closest to me

Super rude staff. Sometimes they?re open for dine in and the same day different week they close the dine in just because. I own a business around the corner from them and every time I?ve used their drive through the staff gets very rude, it almost soundslike these people working there hate their job and they make sure to let you now it every time. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!
