Bidrage med feedbackThe fries are consistently cold, which is quite frustrating. Nothing seems affordable these days, so at the very least, our food should be edible.
I inquired again about the flowers, and the young woman behind the counter told me that they can't do that and that the person responsible for it didn't come in today. Another waitress mentioned that someone was supposed to have assisted. I asked if anyone could help, but no one was available. The girl at the counter was quite rude, which frustrated me, especially since I have worked in retail and understand the importance of good customer service. I left upset, holding a cake without the extra flowers. This situation wasn't my fault, and as a result, I won't be returning to that Dairy Queen. Although it used to be the only affordable place to eat in town and the food was good the last time I visited, this experience has changed my mind.
The country breakfast platters are amazing at Dairy Queen. You get a lot of food in them. You get 2 biscuits, eggs, hashbrowns, your choice of bacon, sausage or country ham. They're bacon is perfectly cooked and very flavorful. Get a side of gravy and feed2 people for less than $7.
We’re quite remote here in Jackson County, TN, and Dairy Queen is the only fast-food chain in our little community. The food is as good as it gets, and the service is excellent. Plus, who can resist ice cream? Coming from Houston, Texas, I was surprised to see how popular this place has become. I've been a loyal Dairy Queen customer for over 50 years. Back in Texas, it experienced a significant decline during the fast-food competition. I used to love their popular menu items, like foot-long chili cheese dogs and beef strips. Their cheeseburgers were tasty too. However, they mainly thrived on their soft-serve ice cream products, such as chocolate-dipped cones, banana splits, hot fudge sundaes, and chocolate malts and shakes. The decline in Texas seemed to stem from their service not being "fast" enough, along with racial prejudice issues and lawsuits stemming from the politics of various private franchise owners. That was a lot to overcome! It’s great to see they’ve made it through the last millennium. I do wish they would add the chicken breast sandwich as a permanent menu item, as I’m not as fond of their cheeseburgers anymore. Overall, great food, good location, friendly service, and all those wonderful memories! Have a fantastic day! - Neal
I hate to edit this but I recently had a horrible experience there recently. I ordered a vanilla milkshake and only once I got home did I find doughy chunks in my drink. I can only assume they were from the new cinnamon roll center blizzard from how ittasted like cinnamon. Absolutely disgusting how unclean things are at this location. Hopefully things will improve.
